We are looking for an Outbound SDR for a technology company specializing in AI-powered security systems management solutions designed to help organizations monitor, maintain, and optimize their physical security infrastructure. The platform leverages artificial intelligence and automation to proactively identify system issues, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the reliability of security devices across large-scale environments.

The primary objective of this position is to conduct outbound cold/warm calling to businesses, identify key decisionmakers, and book qualified meetings/demos for our sales team.

Core Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outbound Calling: Conduct cold and warm phone outreach to targeted B2B prospects daily.
  • Lead Qualification: Navigate gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers (e.g., Operations Managers, Service Directors, Owners) within the security system service industry.
  • Value Proposition Delivery: Clearly articulate how our SaaS platform helps them streamline, manage, and scale their security maintenance/service plan operations.
  • Meeting Generation: Successfully book high-quality meetings/product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
  • Data Management: Meticulously log all call activity, notes, and meeting schedules in HubSpot.

  • Native English Speaker: Must possess native-level English fluency with clear, professional, and unaccented speech suitable for corporate B2B calling in the target market (e.g., US/UK/Canada).
  • Exceptional Verbal Skills: Ability to build instant rapport over the phone, handle objections smoothly, and maintain a professional, persuasive demeanor.
  • B2B Cold Calling Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in B2B outbound
    phone sales, cold calling, or telemarketing. (Experience in SaaS or the security/field-service industry is a
    major plus).
  • Education: A completed Bachelor’s Degree (College Degree) is strictly required.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (navigating contacts, logging calls, setting tasks).
  • Productivity Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, filtering, tracking) and Microsoft Word (reporting, script reading/editing).
  • High Motivation to Succeed: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets.
  • Results-Oriented: A competitive mindset with a strong desire to consistently hit and exceed booking
  • quotas.
  • Thick-Skinned: Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy throughout the day.
